This surgery was something I had thought about for a very long time. I wish had not taken so many years to finally go ahead with it. The minute I met with Dr Alex Phoon I felt at ease. He listened to my every word, making me feel like I was in-charge of what was about to take place. The entire procedure went very smoothly and the after care was fantastic. Alex and his team made me feel as if I were the only person important to them through out this entire experience. Thank you Dr Phoon for your caring nature, your amazing bedside manner and for making me feel like me again again. And a big thank you to Jenny and Kelly, your knowledge and organisation is truly appreciated.
