Ellis Choy

All I can say is that I was so glad that I chose Dr. Ellis Choy for my operation. I am a 71 years old and for about six years have wanted to have my saggy breasts lifted. When I was in my early thirties, and after having three children my breast shape was extremely saggy so I decided to have my breasts lifted as I wanted to hopefully go back to hopefully what my breasts used to look like. The operation took place in Sydney. It reduced a lot of my breast size and did lift them. They looked great but it was hard to adjust to the smallness of them so I had implants placed in them and they felt and looked so good that over the years I totally forgot I had implants in. Many decades later my breasts had again sagged so I decided it was time to have the implants removed and the breasts raised again. Unfortunately I was unaware that the implants had ruptured and so they had to be scraped out from under my chest muscles, the breasts were just tightened slightly in that operation as it was quite a lengthy process removing the ruptured implants, unfortunately the breasts remained droopy. I was somewhat unhappy with the look of my breasts after the operation but as I was nursing my late husband with emphysema and then cancer I decided to just put up with them and I was very grateful that the ruptured implants had been removed. As the years rolled by, I was still unhappy with their look and I constantly thought of having them lifted. So at age 71 after nursing two more family members with cancer I made the decision to have it done. I searched the internet for Plastic Surgeons in the Grafton Coffs Harbour area and came across two. I made appointments and had appraisals from both surgeons and decided on Dr. Ellis Choy for the operation. I was impressed by Dr. Choy’s thoroughness and detailed explanations regarding the surgery for my age bracket and his patience with my questions. As the lift would entail removal of some tissue I decided to have this replaced with implants as I wanted to stay a 16DD. I guess he was a bit stunned of 71 year old woman (a fit 71) wanting implants. Anyway I had the reduction lift and implants and am very happy with them. I was very impressed with Dr. Choy’s professionalism and care and also his very caring staff who were extremely helpful before and after the operation and I am also very pleased with the after care provided. Thank you very much Dr. Choy I am very happy with my new look and self!
