Ellis Choy

I am 55 years of age and have 4 grown up children. I have been wanting to have a breast augmentation since I finished breast feeding my second child, 27 years ago. However I went on to have another two children and after breast feeding four babies, my breasts were not in very good shape. I have always been very self-conscious of them which inhibited me from wearing swim wear all throughout their younger years. I had previously visited two specialists prior to being recommended to Dr Ellis Choy. After my first visit to Ellis in January this year, I knew it was time for me to go ahead and that Ellis was the surgeon of my choice. Ellis is very holistic in his approach and I felt very comfortable right from that very first visit. I had three consultations prior to surgery and Ellis made me feel so comfortable and confident about the whole procedure, including the most important aspect, which is of course the size that a woman chooses. I was a travelling patient, which meant a plane flight and accommodation overnight, which was all organised for me by Zilver Lining. I flew to Sydney the day before surgery, was picked up at Sydney Airport with my daughter, who was accompanying me, and taken to the Urban Hotel in Greenwich. We had a lovely Thai meal not far from the Hotel in St Leonards that evening and I walked to the North Shore Day Surgery the next morning for my surgery. I felt quite relaxed and a little excited whilst walking to the North Shore Day Surgery, approximately a 4 minute walk from the Urban Hotel. Ellis has such a gentle way about him which makes me feel very comfortable and confident. I had my surgery at 8am and was back at the hotel room for rest by midday. We ordered room service that night and the food was delicious. Ellis phoned me the next morning to visit before I flew home, however I was feeling well and was happy to see Ellis the following week. We were picked up from the Urban Hotel the next day for our flight home, which went very smoothly. I took pain relief (panadeine fort) for the next few days and then onto panadol. I am now into week 4 and am still experiencing tenderness and slight swelling, but overall the pain and discomfort has been bearable. I am very happy with my decision to have surgery and the size I chose. I ended up having 255cc tear drop shaped implants for achieving a very conservative but natural result that I desired. When I first visited Ellis I was wearing a 12C extreme booster bra. Now I can wear a 12C normal bra with no padding at all and can now even go without a bra should I need to, without the embarrassment of being flat chested. I have achieved exactly the outcome I wanted, thanks to Dr Ellis Choy and his wonderful team from Zilver Lining.
