Richard was very attentive and professional and understood what i was trying to achieve (which was that no-one would obviously notice that i'd had work done, i'd just look 'fresher'). I was very happy with the entire procedure - from initial consult to after care - and i'm extremely happy with the result. I would certainly recommend Richard.
