Richard is an absolute perfectionist. From initial consult to the follow up appointments he was informative, diligent and made me feel comfortable. Richard took the time to explain the procedure, realistic expectations and what the potential risks involved where. I particularly appreciate the depth of information he went into with me. He explanations of the latest technologies and techniques assured me I was in the best possible hands and the results absolutely speak for themselves. I've had consults with other surgeons but I couldn't go past Richard. I highly, highly recommend.
