  1. So for years now I have been seeing all my friends get their breasts done and loving them and I've always wanted them but never made the leap to actually go through with it until last Friday. I researched thoroughly and chose Tavakoli as his skills and precision stood out. I walked in for a consult and the people in the office were so lovely and non judgemental. I would call and ask lots of questions before the surgery and abby was only too happy to answer them. I didn't even go for the other consult which I had paid 300 for because the people at that office didn't get back to me after i sent them pics and seemed to busy to answer my questions. I am so glad I went with my gut instincts and booked straight away with Tavakoli because the whole experience has been so much better than i expected.

    Day Of Surgery

I arrived at Bondi Junction hospital at 1.30pm shaking like a leaf. I saw Dr Tavakoli and he put a reassuring hand on my shoulder. I then saw the nurse and the Anaethesthetist and they talked to me and wrote down all my information. After that Dr Tavakoli came and drew on my breasts and gave me half a valium as I was seriously so nervous. I was then wheeled into the operating room and they put me on the table. Im also scared of needles but the nurse held my hand and i was injected with anaesthetic and felt a cool feeling up my arm and then I was out of it.

I woke up in the recovery room out of it and then in the bed and my partner was there but had to wait five hours til I was ok to walk out. They gave me a ham and cheese sandwich and got me to go to the toilet before I could leave. I was actually surprised I was not in more pain as someone had told me if feels like a truck running over you but I felt like have I even had the surgery because I really didn't feel much only a tightness. I looked down and had my surgical bra on and they were looking a lot larger thought wow this is definitely not as bad as i thought.

My bf drove me home and i went to sleep upright. He put lots of pillows under me and emptied the drains that were hanging off me every three hours setting the alarms which was so cute.

I woke up Saturday morning with only a tightness and the incisions felt a bit uncomfortable. My bf gave me the meds i was prescribed as he said i was sure to feel some pain. I took them but then stopped taking them sunday as they were making me feel a bit nauseous. I was fine without them. I really thought that a BA would be more painful but I think the surgeon must use a special technique as it wasn't.

On the Monday I had the drains taken out by the nurse. I saw them and they were exactly what I wanted. Natural looking breasts that are a size D. I would recommend Tavakoli to everyone and am so glad I chose him. He is fantastic and now I can see why all the good comments have been written about him. I am so thankful and if Id known it was this easy, i would have done it way sooner. I am so happy and hope everyone else has great BA experiences.

  2. Yes exactly what happened with me. I am not in pain which I find amazing. I was such a chicken last night shaking before the operation and the nurse held my hand when I was on the operating table and dr tavakoli was very nice. I found his whole team including the nurses in his office were the best out of the other consults I went to. They really make you feel comfortable. They were only too pleased to answer all my questions and for me to go in there a couple of times before the operation. I felt they were not just after my money but all very caring. They kept me til 10pm at bondi junction hospital last night because i was a bit nauseous but now I am feeling so good. It was 11,000 and worth it.
