chem got a reaction from Needboobs in Any girl With overs??? Share your experience
Send me a FR Yellen, I have subfascial overs. Thanks for the kind words Olive!

If you had come across any of my recent posts I was having a depresso week with my boobs but after everyones love on here I have realised to appreciate that I now have boobs and they are 1000 times better than what I started with.

My surgeon favours the subfascial placement I think, and says if you are eligible for overs why go not go overs instead of unders (as it obviously tampers with the pec muscle), but ofcourse it depends on the look YOU are after and also what suits your lifestyle. If you have enough breast tissue im sure overs will be great for you, ask about subfascial placement thought if that is not what your surgeon has already recommended, because this placement is like having overs with the slight benefits of having unders (a bit more support than subglandular).

I remember looking on here before my BA and could hardly find any overs stories, but there are lots, especially more recently I have noticed, so have a search im sure you will find some stories.

Good luck for Friday Pumpkin!!! I bet you are very excited! Cant wait to see your results

chem got a reaction from Tanstime in My BA with Tim Brown
Monday 9/12/13 I had my BA with Dr. Tim Brown. I arrived at the hospital at 6.45am and was to be second up for my BA, so between 9-9.30am. Everything about my hospital stay was faultless, I was very impressed with it all. Forgot how amazing nurses are, and I was very appreciative to have their help!

Feeling like royalty, I got wheeled from my room to pre-theatre where I waited 5-10 minutes before being wheeled into the theatre room. On my way in I saw the girl before me in recovery, still asleep with a tube down her throat. I tried not to look too much knowing that would be me soon enough. So I was wheeled into theatre, hopped from my bed onto the narrow surgery table and the anaesthetist put the injection into my arm, he said I would feel very drunk and before I knew it my legs went extremely heavy, followed by my arms. Next thing I knew I was waking up in recovery and it was all over.

I was drowsy for the rest of the day, but no nausea. I had a tight feeling in my chest feeling like I couldn't take a full deep breath for maybe no longer than an hour post surgery but that feeling soon subsided. I had 465cc subfascial placement, but I was amazed at how much my pecs hurt. Any small movements and it felt like electric shocks in my pecs. That subsided the next day although I wasn't expecting this as I was having "overs", but I suppose there was to be some aggravation when lifting the fascia away from the muscle. I also initially had stabbing, burning sensations at my boobs but that has since subsided.

The next morning my boyfriend helped shower me at the hospital and I felt amazing after the shower. My muscles were very tight from being so immobile so the hot water was great. It was also very exciting to see BOOBS when I looked at myself in the mirror!

Since coming home from hospital I have been doing lots of relaxing and sleeping. I stopped taking endone and panadeine forte Wednesday morning and have been taking 1-2 panadols a day since. The main pain I am having is that my incisions feel like they are ripping open, so the panadol helps.

I had little breast tissue to begin with, so my skin is very stretched. There is swelling at my sternum and I feel like I have a monoboob. I know its probably psychological, but the look of this makes me feel nauseas and light headed, but I cant help it! Hoping that when they settle I also develop a little bit of cleavage or roundness to the inner side of my boobs as this will help get rid of the monoboob situation too.

I am now feeling almost pain free, just minor ripping sensations at my incisions if I strain or move the wrong way. I also seem to constantly feel dizzy and light headed when sitting or standing, thinking it may be dehydration. I am drinking lots of water but feel my body isn't retaining any of it as I am going to the toilet at least once every hour. In saying that it may also be postural related as I find that since the surgery I am very hunched over when I walk and stand as my pecs and upper trapz are just so tight, or the fact that im being so sedentary im not getting much blood flow and oxygen around my body.

Well that is my (lengthy) story. Looking forward to the dropping and fluffing to happen. I uploaded pictures the other day for anyone who hasn't yet seen and would like to, and will continue to add more progression pics as the weeks go by.
