  1. SO, I'm 8 days Post Op now, I am obviously at the part where we are really losing our marbles obsessing over everything thats changing in our new breasts. I've made peace with being asymmetrical- FOR NOW I've made peace with having gone quite small and potentially not fluffing any bigger I've made peace with becoming fat whilst not exercising for 6 weeks but I just found a new thing to freak out over.... NIPPLE STRETCHING my nipples were PERFECT before, I really loved them they were little and perfectly positioned and cute, now they are all weird and stretched out and I'm reading around that they may not go back to normal... anyway, obviously I'm a little bored too. what do you know about Nipple Changes? ***edit** I have actually NOT made peace with the no exercise thing and will probably start a new not very original topic on that soon too because I'm a gym JUNKIE and have already started wobbling in once hard places. WHEN CAN I DO LEGS?! surgeon said 6 weeks but WHY ITS LEGS GUYS HELP
  2. How soon after surgery did your breasts drop? Do they keep dropping? I'm 3 weeks post surgery and they've already dropped heaps to the point I regret my surgery and feel like they are just as ugly and saggy as before (I requested a lift but surgeon didn't do it.) I'm extremely worried they're going to keep dropping.
  3. Hi Ladies, Im trying to do as much research as possible before I book my BL/BA. Ive almost always loved how big and "fluffy" my nipples are, has anyone kept their nipples the same without having the extra fat taken out? I told the Surgon that I want to keep them the same size but didn't have a full grasp on what the op entailed, now I'm thinking I should be more specific in that I like how they look normally (just my nipples not my breasts, they point to that ground and that sucks) but don't know what to expect from the op if I keep them.... Does this make sense? Sorry still trying to rap my head around it all.
  4. Hi Girls, Just wondering if anyone has experienced having to get their crease lowered or if they were worried about having too much upper pole? I am getting concerned before my BA next week that I will end up with downward facing nipples if I go too big. Help! Anyone know anymore on this subject??
  5. My breast asymmetry. I am getting different sized implants to even them up. But my bigger sized breast also has a bigger (noticeably) nipple. Will they stretch with the implant?? Has anyone had this problem, and what were your nipples like post surgery ? Did they even up as the smaller side had the bigger implant and stretched more? Or did they both stretch and still end up uneven ? Or did you have one nipple reduced to even them out ?
  6. Has anyone experienced similar to me, my nipples before the operation were always "high beams" , the entire nipple would stand out , no areola around visible. After 6wks post op nipples are acting the same however first time in my life I have a round areola that is not reacting to anything. Has anyone had similar experiences? Does the areola / nipple return back to normal with time?
  7. After a BA do you nipples stretch a lot? Is anyone unhappy about how big they are?
  8. So i sent off my photos to Dr. Ali at TCI yesterday and she's come back saying that i'm suitable to have my BA with them but my "nipples may sit quite low. this is something that will be discussed further during consultation" Just wondering if anyone else has had something similar said to them and if so, was there a problem achieving your desired look? I live in Melbourne, so am planning on booking my surgery with Dr. Ali (based on the countless positive reviews on this forum) and having my consult the day before surgery so I don't have to make 2 trips. As I won't have an opportunity to discuss this with her until the day before my surgery I just don't want any bomb shells dropped on me and end up feeling pressured or stressed to go ahead with something if i'm not comfortable. I am planning on seeing 1 or 2 surgeons here in Melbourne to get their opinions prior to my surgery so will see what they say, but just thought i'd put it out there to the booby sisters to see if anyone else has been in a similar situation. I already have a couple of recommendations for surgeons here but any others would be much appreciated also. Thanks
  9. I'm only 7 days post op, but my nipples are quite uneven, looking at them through my top makes me look like I have crazy boobs! Im not majorly stressed about it as I expect lots of changes but I want to make sure them evening out will be one of them. So, has anyone else had this & how long did they take to even out or did some of the asymmetry remain? Also, my cleavage is currently one thumb (just less than two fingers) wide, opinions on whether this will come together or spread out a bit? Ive be got some pics up in my albums
  10. Okay I just wanted to see if anyone has experienced the same problem as me and if you've got any advice to assist. I have always had very sensitive nipples and don't really enjoy my partner going to town on them so he has to be mindful of this. When my milk came in to breast feed my kids they were ridiculously sensitive that almost made me feel sick, I couldn't stand water running directly on them and I hated breast feeding because of it. I was hoping that after having breast augmentation they wouldn't be as sensitive but they are. At first I think due to the skin stretching they were really sensitive but they are now probably only slightly more sensitive than they were prior to surgery. My husband is a little disappointed I think so I was hoping that someone might have some advice or thoughts on how to make them less sensitive as it is painful. I should probably add that I have light coloured nipples and a nurse told me when I was breast feeding that people with lighter nipples generally have more sensitivity - not sure if she was full of **** though. Help please.
  11. Hey girls, I'm a week today post op and past few days my nipples have been getting more sensitive. Today they are hyper sensitive and sore! I put cotton wool eye make up remover pads in my surgical bra but it doesn't seem to do much. Does anyone reccomend anything I can put on them or to put in my bra? It hurts when my pj shirt brushes against them!! It's unbearable. Sorry if its TMI, I just had to ask!! Thanks girls xxxx
  12. Hi All I am booked to have an appointment with a Plastic Surgeon to get my breasts enlarged. I just had a quick question in regards to nipple size after augmentation I was wondering do nipples stretch or appear bigger after an enlargement? I love the size of mine now and don't' really want them to change. If they do stretch would it only be slightly and not noticable? Thanks so much and I appreciate any help at all! x
  13. Can anyone reccommend a surgeon in Melbourne (CBD or inner North) - my specific problem is a double nipple on the same aereola (weird I know). I had surgery on it many years ago but I still don't think it looks right and am self conscious about it. So any reccommendations from anyone who's had surgery on their nipples specifically (perhaps inverted?) and can you give me a rough idea of how much for a consultation? thanks.
