  1. Has any one had any experience with getting fat grafting to improve rippling ? Im only seven weeks post op but can feel a fair amount of rippling in my cleavage already. Mostly on my left side. You can't see it but can feel it. Any one else had this! Any chance it will improve by itself over time as I fluff? If it doesn't improve ( or gets worse ) in a year or so I might be tempted to get the fat grafting and would love to hear from some one who has done it.
  2. Hi All! I had 250cc tear drop implants done 3 years ago, today I had an ultrasound and my left breast has developed rippling the entire way around the implant, I am meeting with my surgeon next week to discuss what I should do next. My current dilemma is whether to replace my implants or keep them, and let the rippling get worse.... I have never been 100% happy with the size I chose, I wish I went bigger but I'm not sure if I want to go through the pain and expense of it all again! Has any one else been in this situation, if so did you replace your implnts or live with the rippling?
  3. Hi All, I am having a little freak out at the moment. I am 3.5 months post op from my BA. I just had a shower and noticed that my right breast feels lumpy. The first thought to jump in my mind was CC, but then I started wondering if it could be rippling. Can you get rippling if the implant is silicone and under the muscle? I will phone my surgeon tomorrow but I imagine that I will be told to go in and see him, which will be rather costly as I live interstate. Perhaps if required I could see a Brisbane surgeon instead just for a consult to hopefully rule out any problems. Nadine
  4. I have uploaded some pics of the rippling I have just had corrected for those of you who were wanting to see what it was like
  5. Hello! I'm a total newbie here but have been stalking forum posts for ages haha and haven't found much recent info on Dr Szalay in Brisbane so I thought I'd ask around. I went to a consult with Dr Harwood first and he recommended 435 brazilians unders but I went to Dr Szalay (who I think I prefer, his photos are freaking amazing!) and he said I could only use brazilians if I went over as I would get a double bubble with 445s? I'm not sure why brazilians would give me a double bubble? I am after a fake but still natural look but want to be able to create insane cleavage and apparently textured implants are harder to create cleavage because they are firmer? Dr Szalay recommended textured unders for me but I'm terrifiedof rippling and all the research I've done seems to be that there isn't much difference in rates of CC between textured and smooths... and I thought brazilians were the best so I'm totally unsure now. I'm so confused and not sure what to do! Does anyone have any advice on implant surfaces or how they made their decision? and if anyone could share their experience with Dr Szalay? Sorry I know most of these questions have been asked before but there's not much recent info on Dr Szalay or the implants he uses. Thanks
