Hi Gals

 

I started Kayla Itsines workouts on Saturday. I have done two! I went Saturday and Sunday and am resting today.

 

Will be back at it tomorrow.

 

I have the full 12 week work out program and food ideas book.

 

WATCH THIS SPACE!!!

 

Has anyone else done it?

i got up to week 7 before i had my surgery and I must say i was so happy with my results!! need to get back into it :)

I remember seeing the progress pics you put up, they were amazing!! Truly inspiring!

I think her workouts are great but the diet is a little crazy.  She has people eating less food than I was eating 2 weeks out from my fitness comp!!!  

 

I agree Daisy. I got given the whole thing from a friend. I am enjoying the workouts, whilst I cannot do everything well I am doing what I can. Her food is aimed at 16 -25 yr old females. It even says that. I think its about getting young girls off junk food etc..

Thabks vivian!! I got my lazyass back to the gym this week. Starting from week 1 again...lavking motivation!!

Newbie and daisyduke I dont think the diet plan is necessary. I was able to get my abs to show by week 7 before I had my surgery and that was purely by exercise. I work on a mine site so its impossible for me to eat healthy and in small portions! I think as long as you cut out sugars and eat as healthy as you can plus some exercise youd be fine.

I've had numerous girls at work rave about her workouts! So much so, I'm going to change up my own routine to hers up until my surgery. I hope to be at my fittest right before surgery, so whilst I might lose some tone etc, it shouldn't be too hard to build back up!
