tiger91
Hi everyone! I am 2 days post op and just wanting to know if this much swelling is normal. My left has felt much larger and higher than the right i think because i got a a larger implant and my crease was lowered ? But thr swelling is very intense. The left boobie swells so much after 5min of walking and gets very tight and sore. also my sternum is extremely swollen. Is this all normal? Quinn
I had similar bruising to yours come up around day 2 or 3. For me it faded completely after a couple of weeks. The swelling might be normal depending on how much work your PS did in there. Pain was the worst for me on day 2 and the swelling was all tight until after my 1 week followup appointment. You're still very early in your recovery but if anything feels wrong contact your PS to be sure.
tannedbae
I had "super pecs" at least for the first week! even swelling around to my back! After the first week it started to go away. I am now nearly a month post op and most, if not all swelling has gone wishing a speedy recovery

Attatching some pics I wouldn't stress.... you need to see them as two complete different operations. My sternum was very swollen.... My boobs were swollen... it is just part of the operation. If you see red around the incision line or in the breast, then I would be massively worried.
pink butterfly
I found most of the swelling had gone down after 10 days or so. I got some bruising too. But if you have any concerns, definitely contact your surgeon even if it is just for peace of mind. Good luck with your healing. x
