chest muscles

You can't really..... The surgeon will make do, it just might be a bit more of s challenge for them.

i have a friend who is a plastic surgeon in the U.S. as well as a competitive power lifter. She says she doesn't even bother recommending stopping chest training because it would take months and months for the muscle to atrophy. 


Personally I am still training shoulders but am not directly training pecs and am spending more time stretching but I realise the effect will be fairly minimal
