EMJ
I'm 295cc, mine sticks into me as well but the tighter it is the quicker the swelling goes down.
Newster
What kind of bra do you have? You shouldn't have one that is tormenting you. I recommend the Amoena 2128 post surgical bra cotton bra. You can order online from breastcare wa. It's only $30 and very comfortable. ab1990
I actually started taking mine off for a little while a few times a day to get some relief, my surgeon said that was fine for me to do.

Usplusthree
I had the Amoena bra mentioned above and it was only firm-ish for the first 3 days before the swelling eased enough that it was really comfortable. As to size, you could be any size really, I have 295cc and Measure a 10D
Kat03
I undid the top clasp or two for a few hours a couple of times over the first few days but don't feel I need to anymore ? I used the carefix bras and found them super comfy too. I have two size small ones that I bought that are too small for me so I can't wear them but they don't take returns so if anyone is looking for some a bit cheaper let me know! ?
