pink butterfly
It is normal. Keep drinking heaps of water and herbal teas to flush the edema out. You will feel better in a few days time.
Liss
Yeah going to the loo ok, my diet hasn't changed but still feel major bloated. Might start on the inner health plus & Metamucil Yep, I've just started Inner Health (day 8 now) but have been on high doses of metamucil since day 1. Used senna to get things moving, but now don't need that...I also have just ordered a juice cleanse to be delivered, I always eat as well but love having a fridge full of cold pressed organic green and vegie juices to sip on throughout the day... really helps you drop a bit of weight and bloat while restoring balance.. our bodies have been through heaps and getting it back into a cleansed alkaline state is really important I think for overall healing!xx barbalicious40

Liss
Perth I'd probably go with these guys if I was in Perth:http://www.pressedearth.com.au/collections/cleanseI tend to stick to the all-green juices as I find the ones with beetroot or nuts go a bit rancid after a couple of days in the fridge. I also like to sip just juice mainly through the day and eat light meals as well.. green juices seem to digest better combined with food. I also think an abundance of chlorphyll is the main aim of the game in cleansing our blood and thus promoting healing, reducing internal swelling and giving our new assets the best chance of settling in quickly xxSo I'd prob grab this one myself:http://www.pressedearth.com.au/products/all-greens-cleanseand if you're not sure on the nut milk, ask them to replace it with another green juice or maybe the one they call 'appetite': lemon, pear, cayenne, mineral water (awesome first thing in the morning to kickstart your system)..Can you tell I'm a juice junkie? lol..Good luck x
