Feeling implants move

I'm 11weeks post op and haven't had any complications as such so far. But have noticed in the last week the bottom of my right breast has a kind of pulling feeling when I lift my right arm above my head or bend over. When I touch it in either of these positions there is a bit of a ridge (above the scar), I am just wondering if this is normal? If it is rippling? And if it is any cause for concern now or in the future? My implants are dual plane extra high profile 255cc round textured. This was the largest implant I could safely fit.

    Hi Amylouise,
It is difficult without actually examining you to determine what is causing the ridge that you can feel above your scar. The pulling sensation when you lift your arm up could possibly be due to scarring or suture fixation during closure of the wound. Some dissolvable sutures can take several months to dissolve and therefore some patients may still feel a tight pulling sensation where the sutures have been placed.
I would suggest that you return for a review with your surgeon if you have any concerns.

    Kind regards,
