Is a breast lift necessary for me?

Hi, can you tell me if I would need a breast lift if I'm having inplants? I've had quite a number of operations in my past ... all to do with infertility, it's taken me a while to really want to have selective surgery to improve my breast size, but I really wasn't prepared for a breast lift as well as breast implants, just not sure if I want the more intrusive surgery. Thank you for your time and advice regarding my issue.Sorry about the quality of the photo.

    Depending on your expectation and the desired outcome of your breast enhancement surgery, I believe you'll have a very favourable surgical result with breast augmentation alone without requiring a lift. You seem to be a perfect candidate for a round implant with a subfascial plane approach for a natural full looking result. The exact dimensions & size of the implants will be guided by both your tissue quality and preference of the surgical outcome that you desire. There are actually a few comparable examples in my PSF photo gallery to illustrate what I mean.
