From your photos, I believe that you would be a good candidate for implant alone breast augmentation. Although the deflation of your breasts have resulted in a mild degree of ptosis, both your nipple and majority of breast tissue still lie above your breast fold. You will be able to achieve a full C/D natural look with a sub-pectoral dual-plane silicone implant breast augmentation.
