Breasts lopsided after implants

I am now just over 6 weeks post opp. From the start my left one was a little lower as my body was. It now is around 3cm lower sits more natural. My right it up and very tight and is smaller. This doesn't seem to be normal but is there any chance it will drop? I am going to ask for it to be fixed as it's horrendous to look at.
