Silicone implants larger than 800cc for tall, very broad shouldered women

I get that silicone implants in the Australia are limited in size for certain women but those laws don't take into account women who are six feet tall with very broad shoulders. I'd be well equally sized with many men. I have 850cc saline implants overfilled to 1000cc but they're too hard and still don't quite fill my chest the way I want. Are any surgeons in Australia part of the Mentor Athena Trial for the implants up to 1400cc? Im really down about it. What can I do?

Thanks for your question.  Implants are meant to be sized in proportion to your body which is why an in person consultation together with detailed measurements, is an important part of the process for breast augmentation.  In some cases, though, people are outside the usual guidelines.  As far as I am aware, the Athena trial is approved in the USA only.  Without any photographs to review its difficult to give you much further advice.  Fat transfer may be option assuming you have sufficient fat stores to harvest.  Arrange a consultation with a fully qualified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
