Remove Implants

I would like to have my implants removed and need to know what the results would be like and if it is possible to use my own fat to replace the implants but for a smaller size. Is it possible to get an approximate idea of the cost involved? thanks

Thanks for posting your question.  Its almost impossible to answer without any photographs to review or a comprehensive in person consultation.  Many factors will determine what your breasts will look like after your implants are removed including the size of your implants, how long they have been in place, how much your breast tissue has stretched to accommodate your implants.  Many women find that they need a lift after implant removal to address sagging and loss of volume.  Fat transfer may be an option but it would depend on whether or not you have sufficient fat stores for transfer and I wouldn't perform the fat transfer at the same time as your implant removal.  Arrange a consultation with a fully qualified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and gain an understanding of your outcomes after surgery.
