Upgrading of breast implants to a larger size

Hello, I had breast implants 11 ago and am now looking at having them replaced with a larger size? (I originally went for modest implants- A cup to full B cup) i am now looking at going up to maybe a D size. (Still after natural looking breast) What is the procedure for this please? Thanks
