Borderline breast lift

I had a consultation for breast surgery last week, I’m currently a 32d/dd and going for (as advised 375cc) I wanted larger but not recommended other wise due to my frame size. I never planned to get an uplift however my surgeon said I’m borderline to needing one he did say he would be happy to go ahead without lift but my boobs could go lower now I’m getting worried about maybe I should have one or that my boobs are worse than I thought (I have borderline personality disorder and body dysmorphia and its causing stress and anxiety overthinkingaboutit
