Should I get a reduction?

Should I get a reduction? My husband loves them and I don't have any back issues but a few of my friends think I should get them reduced. Also, I usually buy my tops online so finding clothes to fit my boobs isn't that hard with a little but of research online. I'm 35 and a mother of 2. A few of my friends with smaller boobs think I should get a reduction and society says boobs like mine are ugly, but i'm conflicted. Any advice?
