Is my incision infected?

Good day! I am 2,5 weeks post op of a breast augmentation and got my tape and stitches removed this week. After this, I have noticed some small spots open along the incision. Some of these spot bleed a tiny bit or they are yellow/whitish. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? My surgeon is on vacation.
