I have a breast augmentation surgery next week, would having a pilonidal cyst on buttock affect?

I’ve had a pilonidal cyst in my buttock for years now. I take antibiotics whenever it becomes active ,doctor recommended this instead of getting it completely removed because mine is not that bad and it can come back after getting it removed. So i just take the antibiotics to heal it since it does not bother me much and it does not get active often (like once a year). I think i am feeling a little bit of pain there now and i will start taking the antibiotics today. My surgery is in 9 days, would this be okay?
