Background
I grew up in South Africa, helping my father work in his furniture factory, so I have always had a love of working with my hands and creating beautiful pieces of woodwork. I believe that it is this passion for artistry that eventually led me into a career as a plastic surgeon.
With over 20 years’ experience as a plastic surgeon, my clinic is dedicated to applying my artistry and love of aesthetic beauty to my patients and I do my utmost to help them achieve a positive and in many cases, a life changing result.
My motto is that we are dedicated to excellence and I believe that every single day, myself and my staff, ensure that we apply this adage to our work.
I endeavor to ensure that my patients are aware that my role is to aesthetically enhance their uniqueness, rather than to completely change their appearance. Looking natural is my overall goal and regardless of the surgery involved, I believe that the best use of my skills is to allow an individual’s natural beauty to be revealed, I have built my reputation on my honesty, my integrity and my attention to detail and I always have my patient’s welfare as a top priority.
I welcome feedback from my patients and encourage potential patients to meet and chat with past patients. This opens up an honest dialogue where clients are able to develop an understanding of who I am and how I operate as a plastic surgeon.
I believe that my love of art has fuelled my passion for my work and has instilled in me the demand for excellence, artistry and creativity which is so vital for a successful plastic surgeon.
