Background

Wrinkles aren’t a sign of age. They’re a sign you’ve laughed longer, lived well and smiled more deeply. Every line is full of memories, but that doesn’t mean you have to share them with the world. I am a certified Allergan trainer who teaches Australian and international doctors how to best inject anti-wrinkle medication. I apply the same procedure to dermal fillers, always considering a patient’s reason for visiting, the best available products (they’re constantly evolving) and also technique.

I founded Dr. Face in 2016 and we have 3 practices in Melbourne CBD (just off Collins Street), Richmond and Shepparton. We train constantly to keep up to date with the latest medical research, placing great emphasis on planning and assessing every patient as an individual to help you to achieve the look you want.

THE GOLD STANDARD.

At Dr. Face, we use the gold standard in dermal fillers and injectables to restore appearance and confidence and we specialise exclusively in this area, which means all of our time goes into making you look your definition of better. We’re all doctors, too. With over 50 combined years in the medical industry the ‘natural look’ is our forte. Most importantly, our results speak for themselves, without leaving a trace.

You can get anti-wrinkle and filler injections nearly anywhere these days but it’s important to always ask who’s injecting, if they’re properly trained, use a safe product and are legally compliant. And just as important as the product itself is the treatment plan.

Bio

Dr. Vilma Dimaria has been in the medical industry for nearly three decades, graduating from medicine in 1989 at AdelaideUniversity before moving to Melbourne.

After a few years doing hospital rounds, she became a fellow of General Practice and went on to become a medical educator at the Royal Australian College of General Practice. She remained there until 2007 – training registrars, developing and running workshops for overseas doctors and preparing them for Australian Medical council exams – before her own general practice demanded more of her time.

After 15 years running the show, Dr. Vilma joined Plastic Surgeon Howard Webster in 2005. Since 2008, she’s been both an international Allergan trainer and on the Allergan advisory board – the next logical move was to apply her specialised knowledge and help people look their best at Dr. Face.
