Hello Ladies I am very keen to get your opinions, my breasts drop 24cm from my collar bone, however my nipples sit upright. i have been told that I just pass in having implants without a lift if I don't go too big which I don't want and have high profile above the muscle. Any advice from past experiences would be most appreciated thanks Shellie
