I had liposuction on my inner and outer thighs, hips and knees four weeks ago today. I am a PT and am normally extremely active in the gym doing weights, HIIT, cycling and running. I seem to be healing well with most of my bruising having faded, however still considerably swollen around my knees and hips particularly. I'm just wondering if anyone can offer their experience in regard to when they were able to resume their usual workout routine after lipo surgery on their thighs?
