Ok, So I am still looking at Thailand for my breast aug surgery but was just wondering about how well the surgeons and nurses speak english. I mean do I need someone to translate when I am in the consultation or is it just me and the PS? What about the nurses, what if I can't tell them that I need something? I really want to know if I can go by myself or if I need to take someone with me to help look after me and communicate with me if I need something. Has anyone done it alone and how did it go? My biggest fear is that I could be misunderstood by the doctor and he does something diffe
