Wondering whether I need a lift?

Hi, I am wondering whether I will be needing a lift as well as implants? I'm currently 24, have breastfed two babies and am about a B/C cup. I am wanting my boobies to be full and not saggy but I also do not want my nipples really off centre. Really interested on some opinions of what the best procedure/s would be for me.

    Hi MegS01.
Thank you for posting your question and photos.
From what I can see on the photos provided, you have a mild degree of asymmetry between the left and right breasts. You also have some degree of breast ptosis (droop) with deflation of the upper pole. If clinical examination confirms that your nipple and most of your breast tissue still lies above the breast fold (hard to exactly determine from photos), then you may be able to have implants alone. The implants will need to be of a large enough size however to take up the laxity of the breasts and to fill out the lower pole of the breasts. If you were only desiring a small increase in volume, then a lift with a smaller implant can be considered. In terms of the nipple position/location, the only way to change this is through a lift procedure.
I hope this is of help, and all the very best.
    Warm regards,
    Dr Ray Goh

    Hi,
I think you will do with an implant alone.
This will of course depend on your desired final result as this will determine the volume of the implant and that is what will avoid the need for a breast lift
    I hope that helps
