    Right now I feel like a little girl (and often get mistaken for one).
    I think the implants will help me feel "hot" because I don't at the moment.
    I'm hoping to feel more womanly, sexy and HOT, HOT, HOT!!

    Hi all,

    I always try to use proper spelling and grammar and if I'm writing a long post I generally use paragraphs.
    Just sayin'.

    The fake posts can usually be spotted by their "clinical" nature and terminology.
    Either that or ones that are short and sweet with no details whatsoever (eg. "Dr. So and so is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing!!").
    In addition you can look out for single posts.
    Now I'm not suggesting that everyone should be posting multiple times in order to prove that they're genuine posters however when you see someone post something like, "I really want to help in any way I can by posting my story" then are never to be heard from again despite people asking questions and trying to get more information, it is kind of suspicious.
    I mean, if you want to help so badly, why post one commen or start one thread then instantly log off and never come back to answer any questions? Don't you think it would be more helpful to actually answer some of those questions so patients can make more informed decisions?

    It's really a personal decision.
    I know someone who got hers done at 19 and another who got hers done at 54!!
    I will say one thing though: If you are planning on having children and would like to breastfeed, I'd recommend an inframammary incision (crease).

    I'm 25 and I know there have been plenty of clothes I would have loved to have worn over the past 5 years that I couldn't because of my lack of boobage.
    So you go girl, do whatever is going to make you happy.
