Thanks so much ladies for your help! My surgeon was really apprehensive enough as it was going from 300 to 350cc so im not sure if he will want to go bigger. Im not sure if hes just really conservative with his sizes I dont know. I really need upper pole so im still not sure if to do round or teardrops, im worried about them looking to real and saggy still lol. The choices are so hard I dont know what to do!

I am quite curvy and bigger on the bottom then the top so I want them to make me more in proportion. I might give the rice fillers a go actually. Just not sure with my skin quality if its going to pull down too much but I did read something on here about your body producing more collagen after surgery which then helps your skin a lot, which would be nice!

I am tossing up whether to go bigger, we started at 300cc now I told him I want 340cc but I am thinking bigger LOL! Thanks Mari, I am the same, all my tissue has gone to the bottoms and I am all empty and bony up top, and by the after photos it doesnt seem to look like I will be fixing that. I don't think they all have it, but I'm not quite sure. There's only the one plastic surgeon in our town, and I drove to brisbane (a couple of hours away) for an appt with a lady there and it was horrible, so maybe 3rd surgeon lucky?

Thanks for your reply, I am glad you love your results I showed him photos of what I want and told him after seeing the after photo that its not what Im after but he said this is what I can do and I want you to know that now so there is no disappointment after you get them done. Hi girls, I had an appt with a 2nd surgeon lastweek and had my vectra images done etc. The surgeon was fantastic and very professional, however the photo of how my breasts will look similar to on the vectra machine are nothing like what I want. The photo I have attached is with 350cc teardrops. I had no idea he was planning teardrops until I showed his nurse the photo after the appt saying I don't like it, then she let me know he prefers only using TD for lifts. So I have had planned the last 3-4 years to go to Phuket for a Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift with Implants..in the last few weeks I have decided to only get my breasts done and not my tummy. And then I also worked out CosmediTour have some great packages to Bangkok for that which is much cheaper. Thanks so much for the replies! I didn't want to have two different recoveries I would prefer it all done at once, but I'm sure the dr will explai it all to me! I can't find any photos of her work online but her receptionist told me that she doesn't need to show off her work (as with many other surgeons) because they are so busy as it is, so I will just see how it goes

I found out that it looks like my Tummy Tuck will be classified as medical and not cosmetic because I need the muscles repaired, and I found a surgeon in Brisbane who will do it at The Mater public hospital, so the cost is SO much cheaper (I dont have Private Health Cover). The receptionist was amazing, and she let me know all the pricing and my TT will cost $4k roughly and if I get a lift at the same time it will be about an extra $2k (if my breasts are deemed as medical of course). So just wondering, has anybody done it this way in a public hospital? I can't find much online about it so I
