Hi ladies!
I'm booked in with Dr Boonchai for a BL, BA and ETT in October! Anyone have any advice? Or having surgery around the same time in Bangkok?

I was also advised not to train chest at all. I have round unders.

Are you already up to standards for fitness? If you are, give yourself a long time to recover and get back to your pre-op fitness. If you aren't, it's going to be a long recovery process on top of getting up to the level required.

You will need a good 3 to 6 months off very heavey upper body workouts (push ups, chin ups, burpees, chest and dips) and as long as you have a very good supportive sports bra the fitness side of things after 6 wks off should be fine ( running, bike riding). ☺

Yep! I was out of the gym for a good 4-6 months with strenuous/heavy weighted upper body stuff so bear that in mind for the fitness side of things (pushups/chin-ups etc). Otherwise there shouldn’t be a drama for you. ?

Hi, I am also booked in with Dr Boonchai for breast lift, BA and mid face lift. Going bit earlier than you, in July. What hospital are you going to be in? Can you tell me why you choose this surgeon? I did lots of research and he seemed to have some great results.
