  2. Hey Girls, I just want to know if any one on here has had a BA and still was able to get back into yoga at the level they were at before the BA. What were your experiences? Any advice? I kinda want to keep streching my legs/ham stings while i recover so i dont lose my flexibilty. Am i able to do that at about a week Post op? I know that i have to wait 6-8 weeks before i can start again but will i still get sharp pains when im doing advanced poses or do i have to start back at beginners?? Thanks xo
