  1. Hey @TheFox I was just wondering where you're referring to at highpoint as I'm interested in going for a consult
  2. Thanks everyone! It's not that sleeping on 2 + the puffy boomerang was uncomfortable it was more just a question of if I still need to or not. Either way, I slept on my usual 2 pillows last night and had no problems. I think maybe the propped up thing is mainly for swelling so im guess at almost 6 weeks that's not really a concern
  3. Hi girls, this week I will be 6 weeks post op. Should I still be sleeping propped up (e.g. pre op I used to sleep on two pillows, however post op I was sleeping on 4 including a quite puffy boomerang pillow, then reduced to 3 including the boomerang pillow). Should I be okay to ditch the boomerang pillow now as I'm approaching 6 weeks? I think I would be...but I don't know if it's just a habit now haha

  5. Hey! Yeah, I can see them the album says 0 pics but when you click into it they're there
  6. He's absolutely amazing! I am 4 weeks post op having seen dr Rahdon - he's corrected my tuberous breasts and assymetry. Search his name in the search box and you'll find lots of comments and personal opinions on him. Some names to look for: @JennaB89 @love and glitter xo @melbba among others
  7. My surgeon said I'd end up a 10DD...which after going to look at bras today I definitely am, so I'm going to disregard the tape measure. A 10C bra wouldn't even cover my nipple lol so crisis averted! maybe check out the drop and fluff thread (I'm not sure how to link it but i know if you search those words you'll find it Hahaha boob greed is a serious thing lol we spend so much time worrying we'll be too big but don't give enough thought to being smaller than we'd hope for. ill accept you now I'm really boring and don't have any pics up haha mainly cos I've been lazy lol hope you're recovering well! I feel completely back to normal and I just had my 4 week boob birthday! Can't wait to wear bras and sleep on my side lol
  8. I used to work at a lingerie store so know how to measure correctly and have an old measuring tape. So a week ago I tried on a bra just for laughs and was fitting a 10E nicely. Tonight I measured myself and am measuring a 10C!!! I am so disappointed! Surely the swelling wasn't THAT much?! I feel like I should have gone bigger than 350/400
  9. Don't know much about dr rubenstein but the number of girls on this forum that have seen dr Rahdon is growing. I have had surgery with him and he is a complete perfectionist! Would highly recommend him!
  10. Thanks @BA-finally! That's so good to hear! That's exactly how id describe mine. Around the size of my palm!
  11. Thanks @JustRight4Me ! I think I was a little put off by the fact they were both numb, then lefty is now normal asides from an overtly sensitive nipple and righty is still just chillin. But i suppose it's true that you have to treat them completely seperate
  12. Hi all! I am 3 weeks post op from a BA and have regained sensation in my left breast including a sensitive nipple. My right breast is still numb including my nipple. Is it too early to say I won't have sensation in the future in that breast? i hope not! Haha

  14. Oh my gosh! I am so sorry! I got so frustrated that it wouldn't let me tag I gave up ? My apologies x
  15. Dr Rahdon is aaaaaaamazing! So lovely and extremely professional! He and his team, in particular - Di, are the absolute best! I was a slightly more difficult case as a tuberous patient but am so happy with my results! I am just over 2 weeks post-op and feel so supported pre and post op. i can't tag them for some stupid reason but I know JennaB89 and I think Geek are Dr Rahdon girls. Just do a search for "Dr Rahdon" and you'll see plenty of reviews on him. Any questions, please feel free to pm me xx
  16. oh gosh! It really is scary, isn't it?
  17. Without getting anyone into trouble, what actually happened with this surgeon for him to need supervision and conditions on his practicing to come into effect?
  18. Hi ladies, I was wondering what your suggestions are for bras? I've been fitted as 10E. Where do you suggest looking or any particular brands for that size? I'm looking for both comfy tshirt bras and some more sexier styles
  19. I'm mostly concerned about the tops of my boobs and sides as they're a bit desensitized but I have noticed that they're becoming more normal feeling and that I'm getting little itches or quick zaps so I suppose that's the nerves regenerating thankfully!
  20. Hahaha @love and glitter xo! I've been wary of posting online and am not 100% sure how to post privately in an album. I'll DM you haha
  21. I didn't realise I had so many other comments here! I'm already starting to lose some of the numbness I was experiencing on the top and sides of my breasts which is a good sign! And my nipples are kind of sore if I brush over them so at least I know I have sensation there even if it is an uncomfortable feeling. Not sure about underneath as it's still numb but I'm sure time will tell and it seems to be common to lose sensation there permanently which if that's the only place I lose feeling I would be happy. Thanks for sharing your experiences ladies!
  22. Thanks so much for replying @Suki! Yeah, I'm thinking it could be fluid and possibly an air bubble because when I hiccup i am sure I can feel a bubble Haha I had my 10 day post op check up with my surgeon and he had a good examine and didn't mention anything except being extremely happy with how they're feeling and looking and how well my skin has dealt with the implants. So I suppose it's nothing to really be concerned about and considering I'm still very early on (2 weeks) I'm sure it's absolutely nothing to stress about
  23. Hi all, I'm 2 weeks post op today and am so happy with how my tuberous and assymetrical breasts have been "fixed". My surgeon used a 350cc round textured implant in my right (larger/less tuberous breast) and 400cc round textured implant in my left (smaller/more tuberous breast) to assist with correcting my assymetry and tuberous-ness (not that that's a word ?). My surgeon said that my right breast would drop and fluff sooner than my left because that breast would need to stretch more to accomodate the larger implant - so I understand my right is supposed to drop and fluff first. Other than softening and sitting lower on your chest, are there any other signs of the drop & fluff process? My right one feels a little "looser" if that makes sense - kind of jiggly? Is that normal? Haha
  24. Hi @Elle199! I'm a tuberous patient also and am 2 weeks post op. I saw 2 plastic surgeons before deciding to go ahead with the surgery. For me, I was emotional (maybe more so relieved) to have someone confirm what I knew all along that my boobs weren't "normal" but that they could certainly be improved. My plastic surgeon was Dr Richard Rahdon in Geelong, Victoria. He was and is amazing! For me, I knew straight away that I wanted to go ahead with surgery as I wanted to be "normal" and anything is better than what I had. I walked out of the appointment, messaged mum and said "I've found my surgeon!". Dr Rahdon's suggestions for me were 350cc in my right larger and less tuberous breast and 400cc in my left as it was more tuberous and considerably smaller causing assymetry. He would also lower the crease in this breast to create symmetry and lower pole fullness. Please keep in mind that different cc's and implants will look different on each body and that what 350cc on me might look totally different to 350cc on someone else. Dr Rahdon has said that choosing 350cc and 400cc will take me to a DD bra however fake DD's look and fill bras differently to real DD breasts and so I may look more like a C cup (I hope that makes sense). I think the most important thing is to trust your surgeon and considering Dr. Miroshnik is so well known and especially highly regarded for resolving tuberous cases, you would definitely be in good hands. The bottom line is doing what you feel comfortable with.
  25. Thanks @love and glitter xo it's starting to feel more normal and i always knew it was a possibility and I suppose being only 13 days post op it's completely normal
