Cosmeditour Sydney

Hi ladies, I am new here and am wondering if anyone has had any experiences with Cosmeditour Sydney? I can find lots of info on the one in QLD but not Sydney !

I'm getting mine done through Dr Rizk on the 14th January. Just look into the surgeons. Cosmeditour is great and they just make the process so much easier for you. I couldn't find much on him but as soon as I became part of the Facebook forum I came across a lot of great feedback.

Hi Sarosate, I had my BA in Sydney recently and the whole experience was flawless! Cosmeditour were great and I love love loved Dr. Kohout! They take such good care of you! Im so happy with my results. I have also heard that the cosmeditour forum is really great too, I havent joined yet though. That means re activating my FB account haha. Hope your experience goes as smooth as mine

That is good to know there is a lot of great feedback, I've contacted Cosmeditour already and have been tossing up between travelling to Thailand or, if I can find more info on the Sydney branch, to just stay here to get it done. Will definitely go check out Dr Rizk now, thanks heaps

I'm trying not to think about it ? Lol. Where making the big move back to Sydney on the 10th, I think the sooner I get them the sooner I can concentrate on everything else. I am very excited though. They also do the Vectra 3D so I am very interested to see what size I can go. I know I am getting tear drop dual plane. Getting them done in Thailand was not an option for me as I do not plan on going overseas without my little family. I have heard a lot of good reviews though. If you can get them done in Australia the process just seems so much easier and less hassle.

Yah that's what I thought too, I think I am leaning towards Thailand now as I am a bit of a travel junkie, I will probably be in Asia around the time that I'd like to get them done so it may be more convenient + cheaper for me to go to Thailand than at home in Sydney

I was going to go through cosmeditour sydney but I have an issue with the implant type they use there. They use polytech implants which are not widely used in Australia and don't have FDA approval in America which concerns me. Cosmeditour Gold coast use the commonly used brand of Natrelle. This is just MY opinion as others have been really happy with Sydney cosmeditour.

yes that's one thing I came across too. I tried to research into polytechnic implants but couldn't find much information, did you find much? Is there a reason they have not been FDA approved?

The only stuff I found was similar thing to the Brazilian issues, do a search on this forum and you'll find heaps of info. I'm a worrier to the max and I know for me personally I wouldn't be able to cope mentally with having an implant inside of my body that I was having doubts over. Like I said this is just my personal thought. I have followed some girls on instagram who have have great results.

I guess for me what has made it harder was the fact that barely any PS use these implants and asking cosmeditour they just kept saying "because that's what these surgeons use". I also could barely find any comments or reviews of Dr Rizk even though he's been a PS for a long time. I found more on Dr Kohout though but he uses Polytech implants as well.

The implants also come in either textured or Microthane (not necessarily polyurethane coated) I have also found a lot of surgeons use these implants in Australia as well in another 60 countries. I have found a few great reviews on him https://www.realself.com/find/Australia/Sydney/Plastic-Surgeon/Joseph-Rizk and also if you go through Cosmeditour and become part of the private group on Facebook you will come a cross a few more people that have had them done with him. I guess it's a bonus that I have not come across one negative review about him.

You’re going to go into surgery blind? I research my dentist to within an inch of their life...wouldn’t you want to know who is cutting you open before you commit to a procedure ?

haha Donatella your hilarious - but im the same - I want a full background check on my surgeon before i let them cut me open - i wanna know everything including if they got detention in high school.

I think it is important to be prudent and do proper checks before you have serious life changing surgery - its not a haircut - although i am about as picky with my hairdressers as i am with my surgeons lol
