Hi girls, this is probably a silly question, being the weekend though I can't call my surgeon and ask.. I waited u til this morning to have a shower but I didn't know if I should wash the dry blood from around the nipple which was glued not stitched.. Do I thoroughly clean my breast or just let the water wash over? I've had a lift and implants and the tape underneath doesn't get changed until I see the nurse on day 7.. I'm thinking I should wash everything but I wanted to check with you guys first. x

Hi everyone, I am new on this forum and waiting for my first consultation with Howard Webster to increase my breast size - yay!. I have wanted a BA for as long as I remember and always thought my breasts did not look right.. Turns out they are mildly tubular with large aerolas. I am currently a12 A and really want to increase to a max C. Although I hate the appearance of my breasts, my nipples are very sensitive and I love them (even though they are on the larger side). My biggest concern is loss of nipple sensation...did any of you suffer from loss of sensation? if so how long did it last? was it severe? where was your implant placed and what incision did you have? Any stories would really help! Thanks Ladies x

Hi, I was so pleased fo find this forum and to hear that so many people have already been through this. I've had an overly large bust all my adult life and have considered breast reduction on and off since I was 21 (I'm now 47). Today clinched it for me, when I went in to the bra shop for a fitting and was told that my boobs were 2-3 cup sizes bigger than I thought they were. I thought I was a DD to E. haaa! When the lady started bringing out all the granny-bras, with straps as wide as a ruler, and four hooks at the back, I took off in a cloud of dust. I'm tall and the rest of me is only a Size 12, so this boob-thing has gotten out of control! So... it's been on the back burner long enough. 2015 is going to be my year. My biggest fear is loss of nipple sensation. i have been Googling for hours today, on top of the many other times I've searched over the years. Can anyone recommend a surgeon or a particular technique where nipple sensation is retained? I'm in NSW but would travel for the right procedure. Thanks ladies.

Has any one had to have nipple repositioning? My breast are slightly asymmetrical and will have to have my right nipple moved higher and made a little smaller. My right breast is only slightly bigger so same size implants are being used (which are Natrelle gummybear true form 2, textured teardrop). But to make them look as symetrical as possible without doing a breast lift i have the right one moved and made a little smaller... Anyone been through this or similar, what are the scars like? Does it look funny that only one has been cut out?

Hey Ladies, So I've been in touch with Bangkok Hospital in Phuket about getting a BA. I mentioned that I would really like the Periareolar incision with Dr. Witoon and he has come back to me saying "Please proceed with either Endoscopic Breast augmentation or Tear Drop implants." I don't want the Endoscopic incision as I've recently learnt that they can't go back through that scar/incision upon revision and I'm not keen on having two lots of scars, might as well stick with the one location. So for me, this procedure is out. Now Tear Drop.. I don't know what to think because I was first drawn to this shape because of the reports that it can look very natural but then I was put off by the slight risk of the implant flipping, does anyone know why Dr. Witoon would suggest this implant shape over the rounds? I am a very cynical person and I can't help but wonder if he suggested the Endoscopic because it's the more expensive procedure and same with suggesting the Tear Drop implant, because it is the more expensive implant. Am I being paranoid? Why wouldn't a surgeon be inclined to go with my preferred choice of the periareolar incision, my nipples aren't small, they are a normal size. Do all PS always suggest what is best? Because after all, he is not the one that has to live with the results! P.S - In November I was in contact with Dr. Piyapas and he recommended a BA under the breast fold, despite at the time me wanting the Endoscopic Incision. He didn't mention anything about Tear Drop implants. I'm so confused because they aren't similar consults! HELP! :S

Hey ladies, I'm trying to decide on my incision site for my ba. I'm really leaning towards the nipple incision because I'm really concerned about post surgery scars! I want something that isn't going to be noticeable, has anyone had this incision and how did your scar heal and how long did it take to start fading? I hate to ask/know.. But any horror stories? x

Hey guys, I had a nipple lift so that my breasts would be symmetrical and that nipple has stretched way more than the other side. Do your nipples stretch back? Has anyone else had a nipple lift? Any advice would be good!
