Hi there, I'm in Perth WA, I've been thinking about breast implants for a couple of years now and finally booked a consultation and set a date but it's left me more confused than anything. I need help on deciding whether to go over or under the muscle, I initially thought under the muscle as I really don't like the fake look but having seen a few friends that have had over the muscle done and theirs are lovely and natural looking. I'm a gym bunny so have gained a lot of muscle and dropped a lot of fat over the past few years, this has left me with very saggy breasts, to the point where I cry even thinking about them. I have quite bad stretch marks in the loose skin and can use my fingers to pick up the skin and my breast, sorry for the detail just trying to get across how they are. I have quite a long chest as well so it's practically flat all the way down and then gathers at the bottom. The surgeon I went to recommended 365cc and that it would bring to between a D and DD depending on future weight gain/loss. He suggested under the muscle for future sagging but i have just been told that you can get high profile placement, my surgeon never even brought this up, is that because it isn't possible under the muscle? He also never had me try on a bra to get a feel about what it would look/feel like at that size, he just handed me a couple of silicone implants to hold up to my chest. After speaking to my friends I have a lot less faith in him? Am I right or wrong? I feel I may have rushed it a bit. Also how do know when I need a lift, the surgeon said if my areola were 2cm lower I would need one, but now sure about his opinion. Also thought about getting my areola smaller if I was getting a lift as they are very very large. Sorry for the essay, just really nervous and confused now and need help. thanks xx

so im getting my boobs done on the 6th of june and im freaking out... iv had 2 kids nd breast fed both my boobs are saggyyy!! but i sent photos to the cosmetic institue and they said i would be fine if i just got a bigger size implant... i havnt been for my consol yet im going for that on the 5th ...and im wondering if there are any girls who have had saggy boobs and had breast implants threw them?? im going with dr.ali ... im just really freaking out that im going to get there and they say sorry we cant actually do it and im coming from brisbane and everything is paid for! please help:(

hey girls im just wondering if anyone has any before and after being borderline lift... i was told by tci that i would be fine as long as i got a larger size tho that was them only going by the picturs i had sent i dont have my consultaion until the 5th of june and im booked in for surgery on the 6th.. im wondering if any girls have gone threw them and are in the same boat as me.. im freaking out

HELP! im freaking out now. I have organised a BA at PIAC in september. Im just waiting to hear back from my surgeon/company in regards to what ill most likely need. My boobs are quite saggy (10c), Im 26 years old and dont have children, but have had alot of weight fluctutions. Im 163cm and 61kgs. The more i keep looking at my front on picture and reading online i keep freaking myself out. I really dont want to have a lift Was hoping something like round high profile over the muscle would help lift and fill it out. Any input or people with similar stories would be great

So I have been organising my breast surgery through a company and they have been wonderful. I just got my recommendation back from my dr (overseas in phuket) and its totally the opposite to what I want. I also feel its what everyone says saggier boobs shouldnt get. I know i shouldnt belive everything I read and he is the dr at the end of the day but I cant help feel worried. I also do NOT want a breast lift (im 26 and saggy c from weight fluctuation- pics on my profile) ive seen other girls who are similar to me maybe even saggier and they didnt need one. The recommendation says I may need a lift depending on my measurements on the day. I dont feel thats a decision I want to make ON the day of my surgery (considering I dont want a lift anyway). Im terrified if I go and i 100% need one I will have wasted my time. Sigh im super sad now

Hi, who got a BA and BL? As the subject suggests haha my nipples don't drop below the fold but are close to it. Was wondering what sort of lifts people got and what sort of scarring they have from them? I have heard of something called an internal lift, do they do these in Australia? What scars are involved with this kind of lift? Has anybody had one and were they happy with it? worried if I get a BA and then not happy because I did not get a BL as well. is the BL partially reclaimable from Medicare/HBF?
