Liposuction 5 weeks post op

Hi all,

I had my lipo done on my upper lower abdomen 5 weeks ago and I don't see a big difference in result yet. Is it because I'm still swollen or the doctor did not do a good job?

I haven’t had liposuction, but I will be soon. And I’m really expecting instant results. I’m sure you would be swollen, but also 5 weeks you should definitely notice something.

I wouldn’t personally get liposuction in Australia because from everything that I’ve seen, surgeons aren’t great at it here.

This is normal. At six months, after the bruising and swelling has gone, you’ll be loving the results. Just remember how traumatised your body is at the moment, and give it time to recover.

I had liposuction in Korea and I think bc of swelling. It's been 4 weeks from my surgery and my surgeon and consultant said more shapes will come out in 1 year. So it means my body will change consistently for a year.
