I had my surgery (revision from another surgeon) with Patrick Walsh last year. He is fantastic and you can ask all the questions you like and he will answer all of them without judgement and while showing patience.
he also looks at the medical breathing side of things too.
in regards to price he is clearly not doing it for the money. I went for a consult with Chris moss (nurse) which I didn’t know until the day for my primary many years ago and was so pissed off this nurse couldn’t even answer my questions ie how many noses does he do a year, what’s his revision rate, pretty normal questions and I had to pay for the session and to book to see him for a consult after her was going to cost me $500!!

I think from memory patrick walsh consult was $300-$400 but that includes the photo imaging and putting a camera up your nose. Also if you go ahead with the surgery that price comes off your total.

I have days where I have more selling than others. I still have lots of swelling in the time and because I’ve had so many the swelling will be longer to heal for me maybe up to 2 years.

i haven’t heard of him but had my revision with Patrick Walsh in Melbourne and am sooo happy. Had 4 surgeries that left me with breathing problems and poly beak deformity.
patrick fixed all these issues in one surgery he is in Melbourne too.

Yes I went with him and his fee was $7,000 then I had to pay hospital etc on top so was $12,000 all up but I had no insurance.
very happy with the result. I’ll have to get some before pics off my fb as I’ve just cleared my camera roll on my phone as the storage was getting too big so I’ll do this soon when I get time.

Ive had 2 full on nose jobs but looking at a possible revision and am staring to research Dr Patrick Walsh. does anyone know much about him? Does he do revisons and if so is he goos at them?

Not really I've had already 2 reconstructive rhinoplastys with the same surgeon but I feel he is too conservative for me as I want a bigger change.

Definitely wait! I had a baby 2 years post BA & they have changed a fair bit. They still look good & more natural after pregnancy but I liked them more before I fell pregnant. For me now it’s just a good excuse to get a redo earlier than originally planned. ?

The reason i ask about before or after child birth is because if i get it done before i dont want my boobs to sag and do it again, so dont know if they will sag after breastfeeding with implants.
My husband is all for it, some of it was his idea too lol but he feels uncomfortable with another man (the ps) looking at my breasts even for the consultation. He said i would probably have to go with someone else to support me in that appointment, hes too cute.
Wow youre DDD now, i never heard of a DDD.
Its already hard enough for me to fins bras with a slim frame but bigger cup sizing.

So i have naturally nice breasts, 12DD and can also fit into a 10E bra.
I would just like them bigger and more volume up top.
However i havent had kids yet and am not on contraception and married so my thoughts are, should i get the implants now or just wait until i have kids or at least 1 to fix them up because i intent to breastfeed and since i havent started any research on this yet i dont even know if you can breast feed with implants.
I have had my nose done with andrew greensmith so i was thinking of getting my breasts done with him too because he knows me etc.
He says to me " it seems that all i do these days is noses and breasts" which gives me more confidence that he would be extra skilled.
I do like the fake look but not too fake if you know what i mean. I just like big breasts.
Also i have vertical chest wrinkles from sleeping on the side and stomach so will implants make this stick out more or mask them? Something similar to the bottom photo (thats not me)
If i knew how to get rid of them i would but have no idea
So whats peoples thought on when i should do it and whats the different result with under the muscle or in front of the muscle and risks with either?

Im a bit old fashioned too so dont want to piss him off.
My lips are quite thin anyway so 1ml wont really do anything.
Him and i agree its a little waste of money as its only temporary but i hear these girls get about 3ml then only need top ups every few years. That changes things if its correct.

Nosegirl dont stress, i was like you and imagining the worst and thinking im going to walk out of surgery deformed. Thats why i researched for a whole year before picking my surgeon and there wasnt a lot of forums like this around. I was on one called makemeheal.com and thats world wide so not mant ppl to talk to about Andrew and other surgeons in Melbourne. I chose Andrew and never looked back, here are some pics (the befores still make me cringe because i forgot how bad my nose looked)

Theses top three are before and the last 3 are after. The last one was taken about 3 weeks ago and yes my lips also look different because i had 1ml of Juverderm injected in Feb 2015. (Thinking i should inject it again but 2ml this time)

So i had the surgery with greensmith which was fantastic and then about a year later my tip was not symmetrical, one side of the tip was a tiny bit more projected than the other. So on one 3/4 angle my nose looked straight and on the other 3/4 it looks a little bit scooped if you know what i mean.

I told him about this and he offered to fix it for free as he would receive payment from medicare instead of my pocket and i would have to pay for the anesthetist and hospital which worked out to $1,000 as i dont have health insurance. He was working hard to get the cost down for me. I had that surgery in 2014 Feb because he did only the tip no black eyes no cast and no stuffing in my nostrils i just woke up with tape. Being almost a year later it looks good, its still there but not as prominent.

He is a nice man and im now considering getting lip injections with him. I still have to organise my follow up appointment after the surgery as i kept cancelling.

Oh yeah my surgery all up was $10,000 but maybe because he has a good name for himself he charges more now, when i got mine done information was very hard to get so i researched surgeons for 1 year.

I hope people are aware if you spend $2000 or more under Medicare you can claim your surgery back on tax don't quote me though speak to your accountant
