Hi girls, I’m booked in with Dr Miroshnik for a breast augmentation in eight weeks and I’m not sure what size and shape to ask for. I am 50kg, 157 cm tall, I’ve had two kids and would love to get my boob size slightly bigger than what they were when they were breastfeeding which was a large C to small D. I want them to look full, but not fake, ideally and “are they or aren’t they” look. I have attach photos of my boobs and I would like to achieve. If anyone has similar stats a I would love to know what you went with. Any advice appreciated, thank you!

After much thought and consideration i have decided to have my breast augmentation procedure in Thailand! I have decided to go through Cosmetic Holidays as i have experienced the best service and prompt responses so far. I am torn however on what implant I should get to suit my body. I am currently a size 10B and wish to go around the 10D mark (or slightly bigger) but still want a natural result. I have heard lots of pros and cons about tear shape implants... I like the concept and idea of them as i am not a fan of implants that look like too round balls sitting on the chest but still want a full result without the fear of looking like they may sag a bit. I am also looking at the Post Surgery bras available online... So far the cheapest ones i have found are on bodyment.com.au and they appear to be exactly the same as other companys selling for almost double the price!! Has anybody had any experience with this?? Any advice you can give is much much appreciated!

Hi Everyone, Has anyone experienced much change in the dopping/fluffing and general appearance of their breasts from 6 months onwards? So at the 1 year mark is there much difference from the 6 month mark? Thanks!

Hi ladies, I’m booked in for a BA with Dr Tim Hewitt at the start of March - very excited! I have an appointment in 2 weeks to do lock in the size and the shape that I’m after. I currently have small breasts with very little volume but extra skin. Dr Hewitt says my breasts are about 70-80cc at the moment and would look good with anything from 450cc to 550cc (550cc seems so large so I think I’ll go for in-between at 500cc) I’m thinking of going with round as opposed to tear drop, under the muscle. Apparently this will give me more chance of having clevage but I fear they may look too fake as I’m after a natural look. I don’t know much about the low, med, high profile talk or the round vs tear drop so just hoping to hear other opinions and any Dr Hewitt girls stories? Thanks J
