Hi booboo.

I haven't had my surgery yet but I'm booked in with Dr t next week

I haven't heard any bad reveiws for him so I'm not sure. I have however spoken with a few of the girls on here who have their boobs done by him and they all have good things to say. If I go in before you I'll let u know how I go. Amz is also in for surgery tomorrow so she will be able to give you her feedback. I'm pretty confident in him as I know he has done ALOT of bas. :)

Hey boohoo, I'm now day 3 and my boobs look amazing. I couldn't be happier with them! Dr Tavakoli has done such a great job. The pain is quite bare able and easily controlled with my medication. His staff were amazing, I have bad anxiety as it is and they guided my through the whole process. One of the nurses even held my hand as we walked into theatre because she knew I was worried! I'll post some pics as soon as I can. Xx

Hi girls,

I have my consult with Dr T next week (starting to get really excited now) and hoping to book in for surgery early October. I can't comment on him yet obviously but would love to hear updates and opinions on girls who have recently seen him!

Hey Minimel I had my surgery 13/8/12 and I'm very happy with my results. My recommendation if you go ahead with surgery is choose the North Shore specialist day surgery (you can choose between their and another private hospital), they were FANTASTIC and made my whole surgery so relaxing and smooth. I was so freaked out but they really helped calm me and reassure me I'd be ok...And I am lol loving my boobs, best money I've ever spent x

Hi amz16. I had my surgery with Dr Tavakoli on the 15/8/12 so just over 1 week ago. I got 375cc textured round mentor under starting with 8B/10A. I had a very good experience and I did not even need to take any endone at all after the surgery!! I had a few panamax for the first 2 days and I was completely fine pain wise. My chest felt tight but already getting better now. I feel pretty much normal now apart from the stupid band I have to wear for the next 2 weeks...How about yourself? Are you getting better now? Are you happy with your size? My chest looks huge on my small frame but I love it!! I would love to be able to fit into a DD!! Still too early to tell the final shape and result though but I am already very happy!!!

Hiya Minimel, don't worry about going to bondi they were awesome as well! Funny though because it doesn't look like a hospital from the outside more like a low rise office building but lovely inside just thought I'd rocked up to the wrong place :). I'm a week post op now and so so glad I went with Dr T. It was a massive decision and turned out to be a good one. If you have any Q's at all please ask. I'm feeling really good, chest feeling a little less tight now and really only had pain when I put my arms back to put on jackets. The worst thing is sleeping on my back, elevated as well... so I suppose if thats the worst of it I'll be ok :)

Hi Booboo I figured Bondi would be just as good - I had my consult at his suites in Bella Vista and they were lovely - it looked like a day spa!! :) I've heard a few girls who have been with Dr T saying their post-op pain was pretty mild and their recovery was good, I wonder if thats due to the drains as well, I was a little nervous about that at first but after looking at it more and asking my mum and sisters about it (they're both nurses) I'm not too bothered, plus I'll just get my mum to empty them for me if my fiancee is too grossed out (which he may well be! haha).

I've sent you a friend request Booboo just to let you know, do you have any photos at all? What kind of implants did you get and what are your stats if you don't mind?

Hi minimel. My surgery was 3 weeks ago with Dr T and I am back to work this week(I am a dentist so need to have a bit more upper body movement at work that's why longer). Anyways, pain was really really minimal. I think I could almost live without painkillers if I am just a bit more tough but al I needed was a few Panamax for 2 days that was it!! Drain is nothing but just a bit annoying, but soon as drain was removed I felt 10 times better. I still get tight feeling in my breasts now but that was expected. Plus I went for a relatively larger implant for my size so might take a bit longer too(I am 157cm 49kg 67cm ribcage and 10A/B pre op). Just let me know if you have questions coz I will be very happy to answer!

Hi Angelsy,

Thats another patient with a pretty good recovery - I'm feeling pretty optimistic!! I'm only small and reasonably muscular in the chest so Dr T said I'll likely bleed a bit, so I'm ok with the drains! Tightness I can handle...if it's like the aftermath of a hard workout - I'm used to that! :)

I'm having 3-4 weeks off work but I have a pretty active job so I'm glad to hear you were back after 3!

Hiya Minimel sorry for the late reply have been away and the wifi wasnt good and am seriously struggling with uploading photos! I thought I was IT savvy but just can't work it out! Grrrrrr... :) Help would be appreciated! I got the nagor impleo round hp - I'm quite tall at 176cm and 61kgs with a broad chest width so am really happy with the 460cc's (was going to go smaller but this size for me looks good). I always said that I didn't want big boobs and though I've ended up about a D (I think) they don't look huge at all and with the 2 week post op anniversary today I am feeling really good and they feel like me now and getting really soft. My left breast lost sensation all over but is slowly coming back, hopefully all over! The drains were fine and much rather the gunk getting out of my bod. It didn't hurt getting them out either. So excited for you as so happy with my result :)

Hey Minimel YAY how exciting! I'm sure the ladies at Bondi are just as lovely, I think Chopper went there and she seemed very happy with them! I'm feeling good, I've been naughty and sleeping on my side but it doesn't hurt so hoping that's ok! I'm almost 4 weeks post op, still feeling very tired all the time but think it's a combination of the massive surgery + I'm used to going to the gym 5 days a week so I'm probably just feeling sluggish for not doing much! So excited for u Minimel! X

Dr Tavakoli plastic surgeon Sydney

Hi all

I wanted to share with everyone my amazing experience with Dr Tavakoli in Sydney Australia.

2 years ago I had a revision surgery done to remove capsule hardening and fix bottoming out with a well known Sydney Double Bay cosmetic surgery which was a traumatising experience that ended with a terrible result known as Symmastia (mono boob) 505cc Brazilian implants.

This cosmetic surgeon then told me he didn't have the skill to fix the embarrassing result he created.

I then started my search on finding the top surgeon in the country with the highest qualifications training and experience to repair my Symmastia, flying to Brisbane to see cosmetic surgeons with experience using Brazilian implants to be told it was unfixable and seeing numerous Sydney based plastic/cosmetic surgeons with only resulting in 1 Plastic surgeon who felt he had the skill and expertise to repair the Symmastia and this was Dr Tavakoli.

Truly an amazing experience from the moment I walked into the practice, all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Dr Tavakoli spent the time required with me in my consultation going threw the history of my previous surgery to the operation that is needed to fix Symmastia and the results I can expect, i was also able to come back and see him for a 2nd consult free of charge that put my mind at ease.

After making my wishes known to Dr Tavakoli I then left the rest to him as he is a highly qualified and experienced plastic surgeon who had made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into his practice.

I can't thank him enough for repairing my Symmastia and giving me beautiful breasts, 535cc ultra high profile implants placed sub muscular. I have never been happier and after 1 1/2 years my boobs are still perfect all thanks to this amazing man.
