HI I have had both and I would never have the round again... Love my new teardrop boobies... The round always looked like they were bolted on to my chest. BUT it is a personal choice and not one to be made lightly.. do your research into both.. Both can look natural I just prefer the teardrop myself Good Luck!

**** I had my replacement done with Dr **** 4 weeks ago.. heading back this week for my 1 month post op! loving my new shape... was a little worries just after surgery but all good now Doris is amazing! I have never met anyone like her she makes the whole experience great! Pain is different for everyone mine wasn't too bad most days although I cant have codine or endone so didn't have the real good drugs for pain but managed fine. haven't been measured yet but thinking im definetly a D .. DD. only wanted a Full C but im happy. I got 365 XHP teardrop dual plane and had 330 rounds replaced..

Hi Shazzy... you must be so worried especially if it wakes you up, could be a good question to ask one of the surgeons on here??

I'm definitely no expert. However, I would be contacting your surgeon at your earliest convenience. That definitely doesn't sound right. I have no pain at all and I am 5 months post op. Please look after yourself and contact your surgeon at least via phone.....

HI! im over 40 myself and have had round implants for 17yrs and just replaced with teardrop... I am loving the way my breasts look now! I was never really happy with the way the rounds looked on me, didn't look natural at all I always thought they looked just like they were stuck there. I also got CC in both breasts and that was another reason I chose the teardrop this time. also my surgeon recommended them for my age and the look I was after.
It is a personal choice though some girls like the big round fake look and that's great too! but for me im so glad I went with the teardrop this time round

OOOH! Cuba!!! Cuba never crossed my mind but now you've mentioned it, actually such a good idea!!! I use bravofly.com they come up with amazing flight prices Well we were looking at Tokyo then about seven other different towns but most of the places we were wanting to go won't be decent around that time of year, heavy snow and extremely cold weather so just going to leave it for another time when we can go in Spring or Autumn




Europe is amazing!!! Germany is absolutely gorgeous at that time of year. And The Netherlands. And Switzerland! And Austria! omg just all of it! hahaha I'm getting excited talking about it, you'll have an absolute blast!!!! It's so lovely over there. I would go back again in a heartbeat but boyf is over it.. I've only been twice but he's been I think ~7 or 8 times so.. Have to wait for him to want to go back again, wah!!!!

Hi I got 365 XHP teardrops 3 weeks ago and loving the shape. I had replacement implants from 330 rounds and hated the look of the rounds. although waited 17yrs to replace them. I had some sagging skin from the old implants but this is starting to fill up nicely. I was hoping to stay the same size as before C cup and just look more natural. loving the new shape and hoping the size shrinks a little lol

Hi yep im doing great! I'm very happy with how the girls are dropping and settling in still a little to go but its only been 3 weeks

That's good to hear all is going well Shazzy. I have enjoyed reading your posts on here.

I'm day 4 now post op and it has been a happy day, as it is the first day without feeling constantly nauseas and spaced out on the painkillers. I am however not looking at my boobs, as I get upset when I do. I've been in shock with the size and feeling they are larger than hoped for. I've decided to just trust there will be some change, or that I will grow to like them and try to not focus on it too much.

mine started to get better in last week im at 3 1/2 weeks post op still sleeping on my back as most nights still uncomfortable to sleep on my side. Im using 2 pillows as well

3 weeks post op and feeling great! been back at work for the week light duties no lifting and have had no pain last 2 days very sensitive nipples still lol

killer. still sleeping mostly upright a bit on my back listen to your body you'll know when your able to

FYI the small was not going to cover anything.. I mean it was the size of both my hands... laughed my backside off when I opened it. Zodee has a NO return policy so if there is anyone smaller than a size 10D it is for SALE

Hi Ladies,

Dolly & Molly are finally with me now!
Arrived at 9am and was in recovery at 11.30am.
I feel fantastic not much pain, a little swollen and no bruising as yet.
Dr Fung & Doris are amazing and the new Facility at Geelong was lovely, all new and spotless.
I cant beleive how good I feel for an old chook 40+
Its only early days but so happy its over and all good. It was so well worth It.
I want to thank Pip33, Shazzy, Joyfulgirl, Chopperchiko and Keisha21 Nzgirl24 (and any others Ive forgotten) for all your support leading up to it, as it was so stressful with sizes, style choice and then with the change of date and facility, I nearly pulled out. But with you girls and Doris (the nurse) who is Amazing I was reassured 100%.
Will put up some pics soon so yous can have a sticky beak.
Can wait to break out the Champagne!! lol

Well ladies I'm home! Stuck with the 420cc XHP, as dr kwok said i sould get a lovely round look from them, but at the last minute switched from under the muscle to a dial plane placement to give me a bit of a mini lift

Arrived at tci bondi arounf 12, there was a bit of a wait for my room to be ready, then got changed into the lovely surgical gown, booties and hairnet and had my preop photos taken, then wrapped the heated blanket around me and watched dr phil. Lol. There was about a half hr wait before the aenthetist came to see me (still no nerves at this point, just hungry!) she did her thing with the canula, then Dr kwok came indouble checkec I was happy size wise, drew on me... Haha, not something I'm used to! Got me to lift my arms, asked if I'd lost weight since our last appointment and suggested that dual plane would give me a better result and would give the girls a bit of extra lift..... Signed my life away, took out the CC warrantee.

Then a few minutes more wait and the anethetist came back took me to the surgery room, a few jokes were made by the nurses, that they were my surgeons for the day.. Lol, asked if it was too late to change my mind if they wrre doing it! Then they did all the prelim checks "do you know what you are having done etc"

Dr kwok asked if i wanted any type of music in particular, i said no and he ended up putting on george michaels carlesss whisper which cracked everyone up. On went the gas mask and i was out like a light.

Woke up in recovery, they got me dressed , transfered me to a chair, gave me some cookies a lollipop and water, the hubby came in with the meds and they ran through the post op instructions.

I didn't feel any nausea and it reaaly just did feel like someone was pushing down on my chest, no pain as such at that point.

Home in bed now and will be taking my first dose of meds in a few minutes, but still only mild pain and even the pushing feeling is a lot less already. Snuck a peek from the top and OMG I have boobs lol, they look pretty round already from what i can see .

Hubby is omg they are big! Lol

I bought small Nzgirl but wasn't much bigger than my hands lol I'm only size 8/10 normally in crop tops but no way was this going over the new girls lol
