Does anyone else have this feeling? So I'm 7 weeks post op and I've been going gym for a few weeks on and off. Now I'm going everyday again but I've been doing cardio and training my Legs. Today I decided to do back, when I was lifting my arms up and down my implants (under the muscle) were going crazy they were moving outwards every time I'd pull down. It was so uncomfortable. Is this a feeling that is normal and il have to get used to or should I just drop the weight more and adventually over time add on more weight? I had to stop because it was just so uncomfortable ??

I have 1 week to go before I can exercise whole body without restrictions. Hoorah! The last 2 weeks I have only done cardio and lower body training daily using resistance & kinetic bands & weights such as leg press, leg extensions etc. So I am looking forward to getting my upper body strength back and was wondering how everyone eased into it? Did you do resume all upper body exercises (including overhead presses)? How about deadlifts? Did you just start off with really low weights? Would love to know!

I've just booked in for a BA on 19 Dec. Currently I'm really active - training about 10 hours per week. I participate in triathlons (swim, bike run) and go to the gym. I know I'll have to have a fair bit of time (at least 6 weeks) off my training. I'm hoping I can get on a bike (at least on a wind trainer or gym bike) and do legs at the gym (pin machines only) after about 2-3 weeks. How long did it take for others to feel comfortable running again (and swimming if you've done that) and did you have to work up the distance slowly? How long before feeling pain free enough to do upper body we

So today I decided to push myself at the gym. I am over three mths now and did weights during a cross fit class. My q to u is... does it hurt and is it normal to feel like uR implants move up and feel like they are going rip out of their pockets? This feeling upset me and freaked me out so I stopped the class and walked out One cause they felt sore and awkward and I don't want to cause damage considering the implant on the right side has t fully lowered yet to the right position. any thoughts or similar experiences to mine would be much appreciated.

Breast surgery patients seem to have so many questions related to: 1) when they can resume regular exercise, and 2) what exercises to avoid post-op so I wanted to share with you this fantastic article a friend showed me while also opening a thread for further discussion & questions on the topic. http://fitfinelines.com/2011/03/12/working-out-after-breast-augmentation/ M xx

Got my surgery coming up in just under 2 weeks (EXCITED) and am just wondering how long before I can get back into exercise? I want a banging body to match my new boobs, especially in time for summer, but wondering how hard it's going to be with my new assets! I don't want them bouncing around and getting saggy, but I want to still be able to do cardio and slim down. I'm just hoping I dont get put out of action for too long as I don't want those winter kilos creeping up on me:( What's your advice/experience on exercise after a BA?? x
