milfstatus 2
Hi all! Anyone on here had a BL & BA and is a serving or was a serving member of the police force or military? Looking at getting surgery but also planning on joining a service next year. Just wanting to know what your experience was having implants. Not looking at getting anything over the top. I lost 30kg and lost my girls in the process, so planning on getting a extended tummy tuck and breast lift and augmentation.
MaisieF 1,114
Yep! I was out of the gym for a good 4-6 months with strenuous/heavy weighted upper body stuff so bear that in mind for the fitness side of things (pushups/chin-ups etc). Otherwise there shouldn’t be a drama for you. ? milfstatus
I HaveBoobs 951
You will need a good 3 to 6 months off very heavey upper body workouts (push ups, chin ups, burpees, chest and dips) and as long as you have a very good supportive sports bra the fitness side of things after 6 wks off should be fine ( running, bike riding). ☺ milfstatus

Can I ask; do you think that the implants had negatively affected your work at all? Not planning on getting anything massive, just want my girls to not look like deflated balloons haha also worried that my fitness will decline over the time I have off! Currently do an hour of cardio in the mornings and an hour of weights in the evenings, 6 days a week!
I HaveBoobs 951
Hi hun, I'm a PT and a fitness instructor and i chose not to go to big for that reason, for me it think that they are a good size as their not to big or heavy and dont really stop me from doing anything however i choose not to train my chest and have been advised against it from my ps. I am nearly 5 mpo and am pretty much back to my pre BA weights in just about everything so you should be fine. If you send me a FR you will be able to see my progress pics. Puts my mind at ease. I just don't want to be out of training for so long as my plan is to join the Special Forces and that sh*t is intense! I was a DD before weight loss and now a very deflated D. Happy to stay within the C - DD range post op so was thinking (obviously pending what surgeon says) of 300cc - 350cc. Can I ask why the PS advised against training your chest? I HaveBoobs 951
Yes hun, he said that over a period of time it will push the implants outward towards your armpits (leaving you with an unusually wide cleavage gap) which will need revision to fix. This is only the case with unders or partial unders and i also have anatomical implants so that could also be the reason.
LaurenT 755
I was also advised not to train chest at all. I have round unders. I HaveBoobs and milfstatus
