yes, that's to be expected , and for starter's , the normal regime to follow. As a normal practice you should be on it for 3 month.

PLEASE stay on top of this !!!
I have had a LOT of problems with this (as per my story) and now, can't have more 'cosmetic' surgery ,.too risky.
But the good thing was, with my surgeon we got eventually on top of it.

Had my implant (1) done 6 weeks ago and very happy with it thanks ? He used 160 mls.. And this time ,,,, no problems. Still cautious, not celebrating to early !

If it's any help, I have had several revisions and all done in day surgery without any problems.
I really would not worry about it at all.

I know the norm is every 2 years, but ,,,, for me that's just far to long between check ups, and this way I have the best of both worlds.

As I mentioned before, my 'leaks' were detected by ultrasound (Wesley brisb) .
As a routine, I have annual check-ups, at my request, alternating ultrasounds to mammograms , for the last 34 years.

@vlinder would be the best person to advise you on this as she has had fat grafting done.

I have been through 3 fat grafting procedures with good result. You need more then 1 procedures due to 50% absorption rate, which makes it a rather expensive road to travel, however i had no other choice. I still needed a small (motiva) implant to match my other side..

I have a incomp. mitral valve with palpitations and undergone numerous G A 's without any problems, however do express your concerns with the anaesthetist.

I can hardly believe it girls, on Monday I will have (hopingly) my last operation ! Whoopy!! This time a very small implant (110ml) will be used, to even up my right side to my left. PS said there is not enough fat left to use. He is using a Motiva Ultima .
Hoping and praying I can avoid another infection!! Please keep your fingers crossed for me girls ?? ? ?

Hi Suhu, I NEVER allow ANY one to pressure me in any shape or form !! I do what i want to do for me,,,, no one else. It is easy to know what to do, if you want to improve something you are not happy with?
