  1. I had just turned 19. (35 now) my parents were very supportive as I was an A cup. My parents felt if I had this done that I would have a confidence boost. Research the top surgeon on the Gold Coast. Mum and dad took care of me went from an A cup to a C cup. They were supportive of my decision. End result= confidence and an insecure boyfriend that broke up with me a week later... (wasn't meant to be lol)
  2. I used this the night before and morning of, was informed only to use around the neck, underarms and breast area (not the hair). They will wash you well before the procedure as well... I stressed a lot though the day of the procedure I was soo calm. Even had to wait in the bed for an hour between anesthetist and surgeon. Once you meet and greet the nurses and assistants your mind will put you at ease... anxiousness, crying and nerves are normal... breathing helps!! Once I woke up i was relieved and determined on day by day recovery..
  3. Good luck for today!! Going really well!! Only on panadeine for comfort level. Appt with the nurse today to check and remove surgical tape and fit with day time compression bra... feeling quite flat chested at the moment my 340cc have been removed to replace with 420cc... I had grade 4 capsular contracture in the right. I'm not used to seeing a natural looking breast lol... the other was always raised and pushed up. 420cc was inserted to minimise rippling as I am 178cm 62 kg 12 bwd Keep up the ice every 20min out of the hour. Look into Arnica I have had minimal bruising and helps with swelling ☺️
  4. @Hoolahann feeling good surgery was Thursday at 1 so not too sure if they class it as day 5 or 4. Still on endone and Panadol every 6 hours. Taken a Valium for the last 2 nights. Sleeping and resting when I can as I go home today to my 6 yr old and 2 yr old. I had a reconstruction and implant exchange from 340 cc to 420 cc feel so flat chested as I have swelling from my chest around to my back. Massive help has been arnica and traumeel( natural swelling and bruising tablet) icing every 20mins of the hour. Sleeping fantastic upright on my pillow fort!! __________________________ Today was the day! Had to fast at 7am to be at the day surgery by 12 surgery 1. Surgery took over 2 hours due to capsular contracture and full implant replacement. 340 cc nagor to 420 cc nagor under the muscle. Feeling spaced out from the endone and icing every 20min of the hour. (Though feeling good can move my arms) Had a fabulous experience at the day surgery. Next step day by day recovery, started to swell...

Straight up they put me on Endone and Panadol every 6 hours just to get me through the first 3 days then back off. I haven't had to take Valium as I already had implants so the pocket was stretched . (My first ba went from a -d cup of was on morphine up the nose) so understand that stretch feel. Ice every 20min out of the hour. Im also on arnica and traumeel (help with bruising and swelling)

  7. Following too for advice my surgery is Thursday 2/2... ekkk...
  8. I had under arm with 340cc found my recovery extremely painful as everything we do is arm related that pulls the underarm. I didn't go back to work for nearly 3 weeks, found driving a manual painful due to underarm. In the end everyone has a different recovery though I have no visible scarring and the look is great!!
  9. Hi I'm booked 2/2 for capsuletomy and implant exchange (bigger size) last surgery 2001 (bad recovery) any tips on anxiety before surgery. Spoke to surgeon yesterday who mentioned after capsuletomy and new implant chance of rippling due to breast tissue. stats: 178 cm 62 kgs 12.5 bwd currently 340 cc (grade 4 cc) surgeon considered 460 cc (120cc difference) in my eyes 120cc seems massive arrhhh... so indecisive and anxiety driven thanks so much
