Hi ladies, I'm booked to have surgery with Dr Kollias in October and he has recommended 450cc round high profile over the muscle (subfascial) Has anyone recently had surgery with Dr Kollias and had subfascial/overs?? Never considered overs and concerned about the after effects? any help would be appreciated thanks in advance ?

Hi all, I was just wondering if many girls have had over the muscle with 325cc / smaller sized implants and what sizes they started with and ended up with. So many people have unders, but not many overs, and I'm wondering if overs end up looking a bit bigger than unders do, when the same size implant is used. 325 is the largest I can go while staying within my natural limits, but I'm wondering what that'll actually end up looking like.. I've had crisalix imaging done and pictures with the sizers, but it's so hard and everyone says they aren't that accurate. Thank you x

I went through restored Beauty Getaways (did flights and accom myself) went with my husband and did a lot of research before coming over and before choosing Dr V. I must say I was not disappointed with my choice of surgeon or the hospital. i had my consultation and Surgery on the same date, the day after I arrived in Phuket, as it was Dr V's last day before he went on holidays (I knew this). Hi ladies, I'm hoping some of you can help me! My PS liked moderate projection as he believes it looks more natural that higher projection implants. I'm stuck at 390cc with mod, but could go up to 420cc with hp! Sizers with mod had awesome side boob, but not much projection. I'm getting subfascial overs, has anyone made a decision on either one of these projections?? If so, what were your reasons? My BWD is 13cm, I'm currently a 12B, hoping for a DD

I'm pretty set on that placement, just trying to decide on TCI, PIAC or staying in NZ and forking out a whole lot more money!! Thank you for any info! Xxx

Hi ladies, During my consult my PS said he will be using subfascial placement as I have enough tissue to cover the implant and it will push out my constricted boobies into a natural shape. Although I always thought that most of my 'chest' came from doing pec fly and I'm not so sure there is much tissue ontop of that - I can barely pinch anything! Not many ladies seem to have this placement and I was wondering if the recovery time/pain would be like. This placement goes under the connective tissue that surround the muscle, so I was wondering whether I should be stopping chest weights?
