Yay another Nov girl :-) Who are you going through? I got my confirmation email today with all the details etc... eek so excited! I'm currently barely an A cup and wanting DD, haven't confirmed how many cc's yet but thinking 350-400 round, dual plane placement. What are you thinking of getting?

I'm going with Dr Andrew Greensmith at your breast clinic!

You must be so excitied now then! Once I got my confirmation email I started to get really nervous for a couple but luckily I'm feeling fine now haha.

i haven't confirmed ccs yet either but im currently a B cup and wanting a small D cup possibly even a large C cup. I've got a small frame and am pretty short so don't want to go to large. I'm thinking between 250 and 275 ccs, round under the muscles. I'm having troubles deciding on the profile! I want them to look natural but also have upper pole and natural cleverage. It's all such a big decision!

Yes I was the same got nervous when I got the email at first hehe. I'm 172cm and 60kg so I think DD will suit me nicely. That's about how big they were when I was breastfeeding and I loved them hahaha. I've been told I'll need high profile as I have no upper pole what so ever. I have a busy couple of months with uni finishing in 9wks so it should make the time go quickly fingers crossed.

Hi Ladies, I'm having my 1st consultation this Friday at The Cosmetic Institute on the Gold Coast to get my BA. I'm seeing Dr Kenny. I also have a consultation with Dr Widdowson at The Lotus institute on the Gold Coast on the 29th September. There is quite a significant difference in cost between the 2, so I'm keen to go with the less expensive one but at the same time I don't want a "bad" job.

I am currently barely an A, after breastfeeding 5 kids their is not much left :( Not sure on sizes etc yet but I'm thinking High profile, around 400cc (DD) but will depend what they say at my consultation.

I am hoping to get them in November so I have some boobies this summer!

Can anyone suggest anything in particular I should ask at my appointments to help me decide who to go with?

Thanks Ladies ?

How exciting! Let us know how you go at your appts, I think it depends on who you feel the most comfortable with. What incision site, size, implant type, placement of implant, length of surgery, recovery, follow up appts, ??

BF our babies totally ruins our boobs lol

So my first consultation went well, he has given me the option for the largest I can go without getting the really "fake" look (his description) which is 450cc round, silicon, textured, under muscle, high profile. He said because I don't have much breast tissue and I'm that I'm slim that I might be able to feel or see the implant at the side of my boob when I lift my arm right up and over my head. I feel like I can deal with that issue.

my concern was getting back to my very active lifestyle and how long id have to have off. He said 3mths of no weight lifting but I actually forgot to ask how long off running, cycling, & gym classes! Oh well I'll make sure I ask at my next consult.

So now I have to wait til my next consultation with Dr Widdowson on the 29th September but I have called and asked them to put me on the cancellation list. After that I will decide who to go with and arrange finance. I also need to see if I can get another 2 weeks off work cause I want the surgery at the beginning of November (i already had a week of hols booked for 20th november) so that I'm out of the post-op bra for xmas. So if all goes to plan I'll be getting them done November 8th.

So excited to get the ball rolling finally ?

Oooh that's exactly the size/implant details i'm thinking too. What are you stats? I'm 173cm 60kg and barely an a cup.

Can totally deal with the seeing the implant when you raise your arm ;-P. Its so exciting!!!

I'm the same I am booked for 4th nov as that will put me out of the surgery bra around school holidays and when I graduate from uni so I can party to celebrate graduating lol and can start taking kids to beach etc... for holidays, plus Christmas. Gets so hot around then too. I'm exactly 2months away :-D Have so much on in that time though so hoping it will go so quick.

Hi Girls!

I'm having my consultation with Dr Tavakoli on the 23rd of September, and if all goes well i'll be having my surgery at the start of November :)
I'm so excited and nervous, especially because after seeing some of his snapchats I'm not sure if he uses textured implants or not and that's something I really want. Not smooth.
November is really the only time I can get my surgery and I originally wanted to have a consultation with Dr Miroshnik as well but he has a 6 - 8 week waiting period for a consultation and then another 4 week wait for surgery.

I'm really wanting round implants as well, but I will wait to see what advice my surgeon gives :)

Yes I have 7wks left of uni which includes 4wks of placement and my boob job is 2wks after I finish placement! So its all happening in the next couple of months hahaha

Awesome! I'm a Registered Nurse ? Uni is hard work with kids but so worth it. It's so exciting to finish Uni and start working. I love my job, I work in Neonatal Intensive Care. I've just been approved for 3 weeks off so I can get my BA, I don't lift heavy (the babies are teeny tiny) but the humidicribs are heavy to push and I might need to reach up high to get stuff off shelves so I figured 3 weeks would be enough time to heal to go back to work.

hahaha seems there's going to be a lot of nurses with lovely big boobies lol. I know quite a few (doing it part time I've met 3cohorts of nurses lol) who have gotten them since graduating. I've applied for emergency and surgical ward so fingers crossed I get one of those. Eventually I would like to do my midwifery, but want a couple of years break before going back to a student role again. I'm working as an AIN on the casual pool so I can just tell them I'm not available for a couple of weeks.

Bonny I am booked in with Cosmedi tour for the 4th of November as well and I am so scared , as the date is coming closer I am getting cold feet how much research have you done on this place ? I haven't done much but when I try to I get dead ends with not many reviews , what's made you confident with them ??

Sorry to ask so many questions I guess I dived in the deep end without really knowing.

They book the procedure but its actually done at The Breast Academy. Check out their Instagram page (both cosmeditour and breast academy) there are heaps of examples of their work. They are plastic surgeons not cosmetic surgeons and I've only read good reviews. I was tossing up between these guys and TCI and the fact that they use plastic surgeons helped sway me, just a bit more experience. They do their BA on Fridays and as they only take 1hr for surgery and 1hr in recovery they do quite a few that day. When I booked them I asked them like 20qs and they answered them all easily. Do you have any specific questions that you are worried about?

Hi girls I'm having mine on the 24th with Dr Sharp in Brisbane. So excited and just a little bit nervous. I've gone from a C to a small B when I lost 18kg, hoping to be a D. I've had my second appointment now and all the big decisions are confirmed so it's all feeling very real! Feeling very happy with all the choices so far, but still getting palpitations every time I think about it. Can't wait!

I don't know about you ladies but I'm slightly obsessed with looking up everything to do with Boobs! I'm on google every chance I get looking at pics, looking for reviews and advice and finding out as much as I can. I have watched a YouTube video of Dr Tavakoli performing a BA and I was pretty impressed with how quick and easy it looked. Thankfully it didn't put me off at all, I thought it would be a lot rougher. I was leaning towards going through TCI but I now think I will go with a Plastic Surgeon. I have bit of drooping which I think from what I've read will be better to go with dual plane & TCI only offer sub pectoral. I sent my pics to the Breast academy, I haven't heard back yet but they don't have the dates available for when I want to have it done. I have 3 weeks off work so I need get it done the first week to give me time to recover. my next consult is 29th September and that just can't come quick enough, then I can book! I just hope they still have the dates available that I want by the time I have my consult.
